It is the most widely used two-component road marking machine. By changing the marking shoe, it is easy to realize construction of various two-component line types such as structural line, the flat line, rib lines with bottom line or without bottom line.
Two component road marking machine is equipped with two high pressure diaphragm pumps: one for cold plastic paint and another for curing agent. Changing the angle of the two pumps will adjust the intersection point of paint and curing agent. While mixed, the curing agent will accelerate the forming speed of polymer methyl methacrylate pavement markings.

The two liquids are contained in separate tanks until they are sprayed and confluence in the air during marking operation. The marking width can be controlled by adjusting the angle of sprayers.

Application:
Ensure surfaces are clean, dry and free from any loose material. Remove any contamination, including dust, oil and laitance.
The drying occurs by the chemical reaction that is generated by mixing the powder B component with the liquid A component. Thus,
the paint must be applied within maximum of seven minutes after mixing the B component. Glass beads can be poured on to increase its reflective effect. Do not apply in summer daytime and hot air.
