3: How can I get after-service?
We assure 1years warranty. During this period, If any product quality issues occur, spare parts will be sent for free. But we have to charge if the problem is caused by man-made factors.
4.What's your trade terms?
A: EXW, FOB, CNF, CIF
5.What is your terms of payment ?
A: Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shipment.
6. How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 10-30 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to
clients' requirements.
7. What is the regular packaging?
A:We use wooden package. Membrane packaging for large equipment.
