3.Glass Beads Procedure
A.raw materials
All raw materials are qualified products with product testing reports.
B. molding
In the production process, molding is the key of product quality . On the furnace temperature control, the number of units and raw materials scattered uniformity, the introduction of wind and other equipment in strict accordance with the operating procedures.
C.annealing
annealing is the necessary way to improve the strength of the product, the temperature is critical. We strictly according to set temperature, the annealing speed can not be fast, nor slow, to ensure the timeliness of the annealing process.
D.test
We use advanced detection equipment, to control the step quality , substandard products can not be stored.
All the product reach international standard , like European EN1423 and 1424, the United States AASHTO M247, the British BS6088, Japan JIS R3301, South Korea KS L2521 and other requirements.

5.Application
Reflective glass microspheres / beads, as a necessary material for road marking, are mainly used for road mark lines and traffic signs. It is usually classified as bellows according to its usages.
I. Premixed microspheres; mixed in paint before working
II. Drop on microspheres.
Special coated glass microspheres / beads, brighter and better in moisture proof. It is used by dropping / spraying after mark painting. The coating will increase durableness for glass microspheres / beads and better function in rainy days and moist regions.
6.Glass Beads Normal Packing
1. 25kg per bag(pp bag or paper bag), then 40 bags put in a 1000kg (2200lb) bulk bag.
2. 25 kg per bag(pp bag or paper bag), then 40 bags shrink wrapped onto a 1000kg (2200lb) pallet.
3. 25 kg per bag(pp bag or paper bag), then 40 bags in one box.
4. One ton loose in one ton bulk bag.
5. All pakages are lined with waterproof materials.
6. Gnerally, one 20GP container can load 25 tons, 27 tons at most.
We can also pakage according to costomers' requirements.
