Shot blasting machine this series is used for surface cleaning, rust removing, product intensifying for all kinds of medium and small casting, forging and machining's is suitable for different process scale, can work single or medium and small sizes workpieces. The shot blasting machine has advantages of advanced design, reasonable structure, low energy consumption and high efficiency.

Product Description And Features:
Crawler shot blasting machine uses high strength manganese steel track or rubber track to transport the workpiece, and the high-speed rotating impeller to throw the shots onto the workpiece which is continuously turned in the drum to clean the surface and inner dead corner of the workpiece. Shot material circulation purification system adopts full curtain type particle separator, in the hopper of the separator is provided with a feeding mouth, in order to supplement new shot. Adopting high strength body shell, chain drive system, quality casting chain ring, electric is controlled by PLC. It is applicable for shot blasting rust removal, removal of oxide and surface strengthening of casting, forgings, stamping parts; especially for surface cleaning and strengthening of parts that are not afraid of collision.

1. Installation and commissioning issue:
We will send 1-2 technicians to assist with machine installation and commissioning, customer pays for their tickets, hotel and meals, etc Customer needs arrange 3-4 skilled worker and prepare installation machinery and tools.
2. Warranty time:
12 months from date of commissioning completion, but no more than 18 months from date of delivery.
