Using premium raw materials-including high-quality round steel, low-carbon alloy steel, high manganese steel, and high-carbon high-manganese alloy steel-our products are manufactured through an advanced air hammer forging process.
With state-of-the-art equipment, a unique heat treatment process, and a strict quality control system, JUNDA forged steel balls deliver exceptional performance in terms of hardness uniformity and impact resistance.
