Introduction of the Forged steel balls
Junda forged steel ball adopts advanced automatic hot rolling production line and automatic hot forging production line. Because of the advanced production technology, our forged steel ball hardness table is the same, the production efficiency is greatly improved.
JUNDA produces high-performance forged steel balls ranging from Φ20 to Φ150 mm. Using premium raw materials-including high-quality round steel, low-carbon alloy steel, high manganese steel, and high-carbon high-manganese alloy steel-our products are manufactured through an advanced air hammer forging process.
With state-of-the-art equipment, a unique heat treatment process, and a strict quality control system, JUNDA forged steel balls deliver exceptional performance in terms of hardness uniformity and impact resistance.
