Product principle:
The use of high-energy laser beam irradiation workpiece surface, so that the surface of the dirt, rust or coating instantaneous evaporation or peeling, high-speed and effective cleaning object surface attachment or surface coating, so as to achieve a clean process. It is a new technology based on the interaction effect between laser and substance, and the traditional mechanical cleaning method, chemical cleaning method and ultrasonic cleaning method
The process of high power pulsed laser cleaning depends on the characteristics of optical pulses generated by fiber laser, and is based on the photophysical reaction formed by the interaction between the high intensity beam, the short pulse laser and the polluted layer. Its physical principle can be summarized as follows:
1) The beam emitted by the laser is absorbed by the polluted layer on the surface to be treated;
2) The absorption of large energy forms rapidly expanding plasma (highly ionized unstable gas) and produces shock waves;
3) The shock wave breaks the pollutants into fragments and removes them;
4) The optical pulse width must be short enough to avoid heat accumulation that would damage the treated surface;
5) Plasma is produced on the metal surface when there are oxides on the metal surface.
