Water Jet Cutting

When used for water jet cutting, our old customers use rock garnet 80# A+ quantity: other type garnet 80# quantity= 7:3.

4.Garnet Sand Normal Package
1. 25kg per bag(pp bag or paper bag), then 40 bags put in a 1000kg (2200lb) bulk bag.
2. 25 kg per bag(pp bag or paper bag), then 40 bags shrink wrapped onto a 1000kg (2200lb) pallet.
3. 25 kg per bag(pp bag or paper bag), then 40 bags in one box.
4. One ton loose in one ton bulk bag.
5. All pakages are lined with waterproof materials.
6. Gnerally, one 20GP container can load 25 tons, 27 tons at most.
We can also pakage according to costomers' requirements.
5.Garnet Sand Production Technology
Our garnet sand goes through crushing,magnetic separation,washing,drying and screening production procedures.
Garnet sand is washed with fresh water in a state-of-the-art washing facility. Because of this special process, our 80 mesh A+ is one of the cleanest abrasives for water jet cutting.
