1.Glass Beads

Glass Beads for Road Marking can improve visibility of the traffic markings and road signs and supply safer night driving conditions. 

High refractive index Glass Beads used to making manufacture of reflective thermoplastic road marking paint, or used to be dropped on the freshly stripped paint surface on the road to give immediate enhanced visibility to night drivers.

3.Glass Beads Production Process

The raw materials of glass beads are divided into recycled glass and pure glass.

Recycled Glass: It is very competitive in price, with the characteristics of good reflection and less damage to the environment, which is widely used in the world.

Pure Glass: It does not have no any pollution to the environment even though the price is the most expensive. The reflection is very good.

5.Glass Beads Normal Packing 

1. 25kg per bag(pp bag or paper bag), then 40 bags put in a 1000kg (2200lb) bulk bag.
2. 25 kg per bag(pp bag or paper bag), then 40 bags shrink wrapped onto a 1000kg (2200lb) pallet.
3. 25 kg per bag(pp bag or paper bag), then 40 bags in one box.
4. One ton loose in one ton bulk bag.
5. All pakages are lined with waterproof materials.
6. Gnerally, one 20GP container can load 25 tons, 27 tons at most. 

We can also package according to costomers' requirements.
