3.Steel Grit Introduction:

1. Steel Grit is an angular metallic abrasive produced by crushing bearing steel. 
2. 2.Steel Grit is used for descaling,coating and corrosion removal, and surface etching. 
3. The angular particle shape provides a fast cleaning rateand an angular surface profile.
4. Steel Grit is tempered to three different hardnesses. The hardest material, GH, is designed for use exclusively  in air blasting equipment,stone cutting.

Steel grit Cleaning
Steel shot and grit are used in cleaning applications for removal of loose material on metal surfaces. This type of cleaning is common in automotive industry (motor blocks, cylinder heads, etc.).
Steel grit Surface preparation
 Surface preparation is as a series of operations including cleaning and physical modification of a surface. Steel   shot and grit are used in surface preparation process for cleaning metal surfaces which are covered with mill  scale, dirt, rust, or paint coatings and for physically modifying the metal surface such as creating roughness for better application of paint and coating. The steel shots are generally employed in shot blasting machines.

1). 25kg (55lb) per bag,then 40 bags put in a 1000kg (2200lb) bulk bag. 

2). 25kg (55lb) per bag,then 40 bags shrink wrapped onto a 1000kg (2200lb) pallet.

3). 1000kg (2200lb) loose in one ton bulk bag.
