4.Garnet Sand Normal Package
1. 25kg per bag(pp bag or paper bag), then 40 bags put in a 1000kg (2200lb) bulk bag.
2. 25 kg per bag(pp bag or paper bag), then 40 bags shrink wrapped onto a 1000kg (2200lb) pallet.
3. 25 kg per bag(pp bag or paper bag), then 40 bags in one box.
4. One ton loose in one ton bulk bag.
5. All pakages are lined with waterproof materials.
6. Gnerally, one 20GP container can load 25 tons, 27 tons at most.
We can also pakage according to costomers' requirements.
5.Garnet Sand Production Technology
1.HONEST HORSE garnet sand is rock garnet sand mined from 200 meters underground.
2.It goes through crushing, magnetic separation, washing, drying and screening production procedures.
3.Being crushed from natural garnet rocks, our garnet sand has high hardness and sharper edges.
4.With many times magnetic separations to remove impurities,it keeps high qualified red grains.
5.several times washing removes the powder away. After screening of sifting bed,each size has the uniform particle distribution.
