Two component road marking machine is equipped with two high pressure diaphragm pumps: one for cold plastic paint and another for curing agent. Changing the angle of the two pumps will adjust the intersection point of paint and curing agent. While mixed, the curing agent will accelerate the forming speed of polymer methyl methacrylate pavement markings.

Main Parts and Characteristics
Equipped the two component marking machine uses high pressure diaphragm pump as its spray pump. The air pump and two high pressure diaphragm pumps are driven by gasoline engine through belt driving. Compared with high pressure plunger pump, the high pressure diaphragm pump has advantages of simple structure, convenient maintenance and high pumping frequency.
Hydraulic pumps: There are two pumps: one for two component paint and the other for curing agent.
